All buildings that we sell have compressive marketing materials such as 3D SCANS, Floorplans, Video and Drone footage, physical signage, & print and digital marketing materials. We also place your property in every listing service and directory that we have access to. Buyer's agents have everything they need to assist their clients in determining if the property is right for them.
In leasing out the properties that you have, we focus on placing good long term paying tenants. We're so confident in our ability to find you quality businesses, if the tenant fails out in the first six months, we'll place another tenant in the unit without charge. This way we have vested interest to pick the highest quality tenant that we believe will perform to the term of the lease.
